It also offers corrosion protection on fittings and joints on all mill-coated pipe and electrical conduit systems. The professional-grade backing and adhesive combine to offer corrosion resistance to salt water, soil acids, alkalies and salts, common chemicals, chemical vapors, and exposure to various weather conditions. This exceptionally tough tape is resistant to impact, abrasions, punctures, and tears. The tape is highly conformable in order to wrap tightly and keep corrosive elements out.
